NAFA Member*: The dues-paying Full or Associate Member

Non-Member Fleet Manager: A fleet manager who is not a member of NAFA and is attending the educational sessions
Non-Member Service Provider: A non-member service provider attending the educational sessions

Conference Registration Desk and Hours
Registration materials may be obtained at the NAFA Registration Desk only during the scheduled hours. Your signature is required if you are picking up another registrant’s materials. Registration will take place at the Orange County Convention Center, 9990 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.

Dress for the educational sessions is Business Casual. Business casual is defined as shirts with collars, slacks and/or skirts. Optional: Blazer or sweater. Denim, athletic wear and shorts are not considered business casual attire.
Note: Meeting rooms are usually cold. You may want to bring a jacket or sweater.
As a courtesy to meeting attendees, NAFA requests that all electronic devices (pagers, cell phones, laptop computers, etc.) be turned off during educational sessions and presentations. If it is necessary to use your cell phone, we request that you step outside the meeting room to an area that will not disturb other attendees.
Exhibit Hall Admission
Exhibit Hall admission is free to all fleet managers and included in most registration packages. Register online here and choose the Expo Only Pass option!

Affiliate Event Space Policy (Including Hospitality Suites)
Hospitality suites may not be open during NAFA official meetings. Official meetings include all educational and business meetings, the Expo and the Receptions. A form must be submitted so that it can be approved. For a PDF version of the Afilliate Event Space Form, click here.
Sleeping rooms, with special NAFA Institute & Expo rates, have been reserved at the Rosen Centre and the Rosen Plaza. Be sure to mention NAFA to receive these convention rates. In order to receive the lower prevailing U.S. government prescribed rate, a valid government photo ID is required at the time of check-in.

Lunch will be served on the exhibit floor on Wednesday and Thursday from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm.
Tuesday – April 14, 2015 – NAFA’s Fleet Excellence Awards and Reception – This Is A Ticketed Event
6:00 pm 8:00 pm – Rosen Centre Ballroom
NAFA will be hosting an Opening Night Awards Party on Tuesday after the educational sessions end. The NAFA President will open the awards presentation. After the final award is presented, the party begins. There will be a reception of appetizers, pasta stations, and carving stations, as well as an open bar, where everyone can relax, network, and enjoy the atmosphere.

Wednesday, April 15, 2015 – NAFA’s Networking Reception – AVAILABLE TO ALL!
5:00 – 7:00 PM – Orange County Convention Center
The Networking Reception is NAFA’s premier networking event sponsored by the Affiliates and Manufacturers. This event will be held at the Orange County Convention Center allowing you to gather to do more business, make connections, spend time with your colleagues, or just relax with some delicious food, desserts and drinks especially chosen to showcase your host city’s culinary flavor.
“No Conflict” Policy
In the spirit of providing as many educational and business interaction opportunities for our attendees as possible, no one may schedule conflicting events during the exposition or session hours.
The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) operates on-site vehicle parking at both our West Building and at our North/South Building. Additional parking is also offered at the OCCC’s Destination Parkway Garage and neighboring hotels and entertainment complexes. Depending on the event, valet parking may also be available. Parking rates vary upon location, vehicle size and the entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. The maps below provide an overview of the OCCC’s parking facilities, as well as the International Drive area.

Attendees whose images are captured by NAFA and/or NAFA’s agents during this event (in photo or video) authorize NAFA to use any such images in NAFA publications, promotional materials, online, or other means.
Cancellations received by NAFA in writing are eligible for refund as follows: Full refund (less a $100 processing fee) on or before January 31, 2015. 50% refund if received on or before March 14, 2015. Cancellations received thereafter are not entitled to a refund. All refunds will be processed after the I&E. For further information regarding cancellation, please contact RMI Inc. at 952.858.8406
Awards Party Tickets and Meal Tickets are non-refundable.
Session Completion Certificates
Attendees can now print verified session-completion certificates, confirming they have participated in the education sessions offered at the 2015 I&E.
Onsite Certificate Printing
- Attendees will be able to locate records within the system by first and last name.
- Session choices will be limited to the days pertaining to registration/badge type specifics.
- Attendees will select/view only programs that have completed. Sessions will appear on the screen only after the session has been completed.
- Attendees will check off which sessions they attended, and will then have the option to email a copy of the certification and/or print a copy onsite.
- Note: Printers will be stocked with plain paper, not certificate-grade stock.
Post-Show Certificate Printing
After the show, Registration Management Inc. will email a link to all verified conference attendees so that they can print session-completion certificates at their convenience.
The Orange County Convention Center and the conference hotels are all non-smoking facilities. Smoking is only permitted in designated outside areas.
