Promotion Opportunities

Hotel Room Drop • $7,500 each (Limit of 3 per day)

Put your sales material or publication directly inside the hotel room door of NAFA I&E attendees! Available for distribution on either Monday or Tuesday night, this sponsorship includes delivery to all attendees staying at the Headquarter hotel. Material must be flat to fit under the hotel room’s doors.  Other hotels available at additional cost. Price is item/per night.

Directional Signs • SOLD!

Help attendees stay focused on you! Company ad will be featured in high traffic locations while printed at top of directional/way finding signage around the center. Your company ad will be printed on 6 – 8 directional signs.

Aisle Signs on Expo Floor • $7,500 for half

The ultimate booth traffic driver! Attendees rely on aisle signs to navigate the expo hall and have your company logo and/or booth number hanging above the aisles of the Expo Hall. There are 10 signs available. All production and rigging costs are included in this sponsorship.

Conference Bag Inserts • $1,500

Get your message in front of the attendees as they arrive at the Show. A bag stuffer puts your sales material, promotional item, business card, attendee gift, special offer, or invitation in the hands of every attendee upon registration check-in. (Materials must arrive to advanced warehouse by Friday, April 5, 2024.)
