Call for Presentations is Now Open
NAFA is now accepting submissions for educational sessions at the 2027 Institute & Expo, April 5-7 in Pittsburgh, PA.
This is your opportunity to share your expertise and contribute to solving real-world challenges in fleet operations. We are seeking thought leaders and experts in all areas of fleet and mobility management to present on topics that will provide actionable solutions and strategies for the future.

Proposal notifications will begin the week of November 16, 2025.
Volunteer for Proposal Reviewers
All presentation proposals for the 2027 Institute & Expo will be reviewed by a committee of industry experts. NAFA is seeking volunteers to join the proposal review committee.
As a volunteer reviewer, you will play a key role in evaluating proposals, ensuring that the conference meets the high-quality standards our attendees expect. Your involvement will help shape the educational content and contribute to the success of this year’s I&E.
