NAFA Seeks Submissions for Education Sessions at the 2025 Institute & Expo.

The Call for Proposals is now closed. The deadline to submit a proposal for an education session was Friday, September 20.

I&E is the largest gathering of fleet and mobility professionals, drawing subject matter experts and professionals from around the globe representing all fleets including corporate, government, public safety, utility, education, and more. Keep your finger on the pulse of fleet trends and help propel the fleet industry into the future!

Over the course of three days, attendees will experience immersive educational offerings that will arm them with solutions to their everyday challenges and strategies for future fleet operations. The I&E educational sessions are designed to focus on the varied educational needs and the program is seeking experts in all areas of fleet and mobility management.

The I&E sessions will target the following key topic tracks:

  • Law Enforcement
  • Leadership
  • New to Fleet
  • Operations Management
  • Safety
  • Strategy
  • Sustainability

Volunteer for Proposal Reviewers

The Call for Reviewers is a yearly request for NAFA members to review and recommend proposals that have been submitted for the 2025 Institute & Expo within their areas of expertise.

The peer review process for proposals enhances efficiency and maximizes the quality of education offered to conference attendees—and our reviewers are the backbone of this critical process.

Expectations/Requirements:

  • Be a current NAFA member
  • Submit a completed reviewer form
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in one or more topic categories
  • Reviewers must be unbiased in reviewing, scoring, and recommending proposals
