Exhibitor Registration

Each exhibiting company receives 2 All Access Exhibitor badges and 2 Expo Only Exhibitor badges per 10 x 10 booth space occupied. Additional badges can be purchased in the Exhibitor Registration system at discounted rates. An email with log in credentials will be sent to the booth contact, for those exhibitors who have fully paid accounts. For questions regarding registration contact registration@nafa.org.

Exhibitor Services Kit

Shepard is the official general service contractor for the NAFA 2025 Institute & Expo. The Exhibitor Service Kit is available to those exhibitors who have fully paid accounts. An email with log in credentials was sent to the primary booth contact.

Exhibitor Insurance

As a standard requirement for all our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing. Insurance Coverage is not optional.

NAFA has contracted with Exhibitorinsurance.com to collect insurance forms and insure compliance for insurance requirements. For more information, please refer to the Insurance section of the Exhibitor Service Kit, under Third-Party & EAC Resources.
