Exhibitor Registration

Each exhibiting company receives 2 All Access Exhibitor badges and 2 Expo Only Exhibitor badges per 10 x 10 booth space occupied. Additional badges can be purchased in the Exhibitor Registration system at discounted rates. An email with log in credentials will be sent to the booth contact, for those exhibitors who have fully paid accounts. For questions regarding registration contact registration@nafa.org.

Exhibitor Services Manual

Arata Expositions, Inc. is official general service contractor for the 2023 Institute & Expo. The Exhibitor Services Manual will be launched in early February 2023. An email with log in credentials will be sent to the booth contact, for those exhibitors who have fully paid accounts. If you are a repeat I&E exhibitor your past account remains active, but the current show will not be added until your booth has been fully paid.

Exhibitor Insurance

As a standard requirement for all our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing. Insurance Coverage is not optional.

NAFA has contracted Rainprotection Group to collect insurance forms and insure compliance for insurance requirements. If you are using your own insurance, submit your certificate, showing compliance with show requirements to: sales@rainprotection.net
