- NAFA will send out an email invitation inviting the private sector fleet managers to attend this invitation-only event.

First Timers Program—NEW!

Welcome first-time attendees as they begin their I&E experience. This sponsorship aligns your brand with the First Timers Program, where newcomers learn how to navigate the conference, maximize their experience, and build valuable connections from day one. The program lasts an hour and is held right before the Welcome to Pittsburgh Happy Hour & Regions Meet-Up on Sunday night. In 2026, this program was standing room only!
