Conventions are thirsty work! The official water bottle will be branded with your logo/graphic and given to each attendee in their conference tote bag. To reinforce the branding experience, all water stations, located in expo hall, session rooms and convention center lobby, will be branded with your logo/graphics. If sponsor provides bottles pricing can be reduced by 25%.

Hotel Key Cards • SOLD!
Welcome I&E attendees with the first message fleet managers see at hotel check-in. Put your company’s logo or custom message on a branded full-color hotel room key. The package includes key cards for Headquarter hotel, all artwork, set up and printing. Other hotels are available at an additional cost.
Registration Badge Buddy • $10,000
Hang your message right around the attendee’s neck! This sponsorship allows you to include your company’s message on the top bar and back of the badge holder insert. Sponsor responsible for design. NAFA will handle printing and shipping.

Your brand will be top of mind when every neck includes the official I&E lanyard exclusively with your logo. The show lanyards are distributed at registration with all logistics handled by Show Management.

Placed into every conference bag and left on the registration counters for easy pick up, the pocket guide is the essential conference quick reference information source. Sponsor’s ad placement is full back cover and similar size inside location.

What better way to reach fleet professionals throughout the conference than while they access the I&E app. This digital show guide is the attendees’ best friend as it includes all session, expo and networking details. Your exclusive branding includes a splash page that comes up each time the app is opened and will be displayed on the bottom of each page.
