  • Mention of sponsor in marketing materials, when possible
  • Sponsor recognition placard for sponsor’s exhibit booth

Hotel Room Drop Licensing Fee

Unlimited, $2,000 each

  • NAFA will connect you with the I&E Headquarter Hotel, The Westin, to coordinate your room drop
  • Sponsor would be responsible for all costs associated with the room drop at the hotel and for coordinating production/shipping of room drop
