First Timer Program

The First Timer Program is designed to help you make the most of your experience from day one. Join fellow newcomers for a welcoming orientation that highlights what to expect, how to navigate the meeting, and the many opportunities available to connect, learn, and engage.

Participants will receive helpful tips on building a personalized agenda, making meaningful connections, and maximizing educational and networking opportunities throughout the event. You’ll also meet experienced attendees who are ready to answer questions and share insights.

Learn everything you need to know, before you go! This session will highlight how to make the most out of your first I&E experience — covering networking, education, exhibits, and everything in between.

First Timer Orientation

April 12, 5:00-6:00 p.m. EST  |  Hilton Cleveland Downtown, Veterans Ballroom (5th Floor)

Meet and greet with other first-time I&E attendees at this informational and networking opportunity! This orientation will cover the essentials for amplifying your I&E experience, and will get you connected with past attendees that know their way around the show.
