NAFA is hosting a hybrid experience for I&E 2021, offering both an in-person meeting in Pittsburgh, PA, taking place August 30–September 1, as well as a limited virtual program that takes place September 13-15. This innovative format will provide everyone the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and experience I&E.

The NAFA 2021 I&E will be held at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, PA. In response to ongoing pandemic precautions, NAFA is implementing its Clean + Safe plan. Through this response plan, NAFA is working with the convention center, hotels, the city of Pittsburgh, the CDC, and local health officials to ensure the I&E implements the standards, equipment, and logistical considerations to make the show a safe and productive experience for all attendees.

Leadership Certificate

Add $250

Earn a Leadership Certificate in two days through the NAFA Leadership Developement Institute program presented by Productive Leaders, Inc. Led by Mary Kelly, PhD, CSP, author, speaker, and retired Naval Commander, this program is valued at $1500.

This conference enhancement is only available to All Access registrants and is limited to 150 participants. Upon completion of program, participants will receive a $200 gift card, a copy of Mary’s book Why Leaders Fail, and a printed certificate of completion. 

Program consists of Tuesday Keynote as well as afternoon breakout sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday. Participants will receive 100 pages of materials and resources. For more information, visit this page.

Cancellation & Substitutions Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing, via email and sent to
Registration may be cancelled with the following fees and penalties: 

New registrations: Cancellations received on or before July 3 are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received between July 3 and August 6 are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation received after August 6 are not eligible for a refund.

2020 deferred registrations: Registration fees carried over from 2020 event are non-refundable. Should an attendee not be able to attend I&E, they may substitute another person from their organization with no substitution fees or changes in rate assessed.    

Name substitutions—within the same company/organization—may be made until July 31 at no charge. After July 31, all name substitutions will incur a $100 processing fee. If the name changes results in a higher registration fee/category being selected, you will be charged for the difference in rates. If a substitution results in the new registrant being a in a lower fee category, the higher rate stands, and no refunds shall be made.

Privacy Policy: During the process of registration, registrants share with us personal information about themselves which generally includes contact information, demographics pertaining to profession, and payment information. From time to time, NAFA may share this contact information with other organizations, such as trade show exhibitors and vendors, for marketing purposes. If registrant does not wish to receive such offers, they may “Opt Out” during the registration process.
